We found this place after watching some 4th of July Fireworks. Honestly we were surprised to see it open after the other taco truck was not there.
Tacos were good, nothing wrong with that. The burrito, however, was excellent. It's like they took hipster suggestions, add more greens like carrots and tomatoes, and then wonderfully blended it in with the rest of the Mexican wrap. And it's reasonably priced, too!
It's a taco truck, so seating was almost nonexistent. Which was expected. There WERE some seats, but they're small and can't handle too much weight. I'm not knocking them down for that since it is street food and it comes with the package.
If I lived closer, this would be a go-to place for Mexican food. The food was that good...for maybe I was just hungry and willing to settle for anything that resembles food. -

Our first time trying it... Hmmm, it was just OK!
I didn't like that they put the tacos on a plate and put the whole plate in a bag -- NO FOIL!
All my taco meat spilled out and thats not cool!
Being a to-go order, you would think they would pack it properly.
Taste wise - it was okay. Nothing great! Burrito was big and was Ok as well.
Will I go back? Probably not! -

I eat at this taco truck regularly, since it's local. The cooking area is always clean! The food though is inconsistent in preparation taste and quality. At times the food is excellent!!!Then its very dry and poor tasting. This has happened to me one time too many,i will no longer purchase food at this truck.A final warning!!!Be weary of the salsas!!!They ate often spoiled and rancid!!! P/S The only reason for two stars is for the few times the food was worthy of being called good!!!

Tacos were good, i would say its 4 star for most people. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because its just not my personal preference. I think most people would like this truck, though.
Meat is made with chile and grilled onions mixed in, marinated/heavily seasoned. And they add a lot of guac on the tacos. Chile/guac are not my thing, so i gave 3 stars. But if you like those things then you might consider this a 4/5 star taco truck. Hard for me to review meat quality when all the chile/grilled onion/guac kinda overpowers the meat taste. -

Love Sonia's. Great food at a great price. Sonia and Wilson make the best asada burritos! If you're in the neighborhood this is the taco truck you want to stop at.
